Accessibility
Last updated: March 23, 2025
Artmail is committed to making our marketing site and product as usable as possible for people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we design and test with keyboard navigation, semantic structure, and contrast in mind, and we encourage best practices for email content (e.g., alt text for images) in our builder and documentation.
1. Standards
We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for web experiences where feasible. Complex applications (e.g., visual email builders) may have areas under improvement; we prioritize fixes that unblock core tasks.
2. Email content
Accessible email depends on both the platform and the content you create. Our tools include fields for alt text and semantic patterns where applicable; you are responsible for meaningful text alternatives and readable contrast in your templates.
3. Third-party content
Embedded widgets, scripts, or assets from third parties may not fully meet accessibility expectations. We evaluate major integrations and document known limitations where possible.
4. Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier using our website or product—especially if you rely on assistive technology—please tell us. Include the page or flow, your browser and assistive tech, and what you expected to happen.
Contact: Contact us or the support channel listed in your account. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will work to provide reasonable alternatives or timelines for remediation where we control the code.
5. Updates
We may update this statement as our practices evolve.
