Data encryption

Credentials (BYOS, API keys, OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Data in transit uses TLS 1.2+.

Infrastructure

We run on trusted cloud providers with SOC 2–compliant infrastructure. Database and queues are isolated per tenant.

Privacy by design

We collect only what’s needed to run the product. No selling of customer data. Clear data processing agreements.

Compliance

We support GDPR, CCPA, and work toward SOC 2 Type II. List-unsubscribe (RFC 8058) and suppression handling built in.

Uptime & reliability

Queued sending, retries, and redundant services so your campaigns and automations run when you need them.

Your data, your control

Export contacts and data. BYOS means you can move sending elsewhere anytime. We don’t lock you in.
