Artmail uses the following categories of subprocessors to provide the Services. This list may change; we will update this page and, where required by your agreement, provide notice of material changes. For contractual terms governing processing, see our DPA.
Current subprocessors
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Region / notes |

| Neon (PostgreSQL) | Managed PostgreSQL database hosting for application data. | As selected for your database region where applicable. |
| Vercel | Application hosting and edge delivery for the Artmail web application. | Global edge network; origin as configured. |
| Upstash | Redis and message/queue infrastructure (e.g., rate limiting, background jobs) as used by the Services. | As configured for the service. |
| PayPal | Payment processing for subscriptions and one-time purchases where offered. | Per PayPal's processing regions. |
| AI model providers | Large language and vision models for AI features (e.g., template generation, image/Figma-assisted flows) when you use AI capabilities. | Per provider policies; prompts may be processed in supported regions. |
BYOS (Bring Your Own SES)
If you configure your own AWS credentials for sending, AWS processes message content and delivery metadata under your relationship with AWS in addition to our use of AWS as a subprocessor for the platform.
